1. What We Provide

JokeOf.Today is a subscription email service that delivers one joke per day to your registered email address. The timing, category, and frequency are customisable from within your members' area.

We aim to deliver jokes daily as configured, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted delivery. Email deliverability can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (spam filters, ISP issues, etc.).

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address during sign-up, which will be verified before your account is activated.

• You may not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be 13 years of age or older to use this service.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to begin your trial. When your trial expires, the daily email service will pause until you choose an activation option.

4. Payments

After your free trial, you may activate your account via a one-time payment of £2.99 through PayPal, or by referring a friend (subject to availability). This is a one-time charge — not a subscription. We do not store your payment details.

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We have no access to your card or banking information.

5. Cancellation & Emails

You can turn off the daily email at any time from within your members' area — even after your trial has expired. You will not be charged for simply not using the service.

To delete your account entirely, please contact us.

6. Content

Jokes are sourced from publicly available datasets and are delivered for entertainment purposes only. We do not endorse any views expressed within individual jokes. We aim to keep content appropriate for a general adult audience, but jokes may occasionally reflect cultural humour that some individuals may find dated or mildly offensive.

7. Limitation of Liability

JokeOf.Today is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
